8 Best Weekender Travel Bags for Men

I’m currently on the lookout for the perfect weekender bag for my partner so I’ve rounded up some of my favorite picks (and maybe you guys can help me choose?!). I got him a nice leather travel bag Christmas 2015 and monagrammed but because he uses it daily for the gym, traveling back and forth, tossing in his toiletries–just straight in the bag! Without a toiletry bag! Seriously, the horror–it’s gotten really dirty and beat up. His birthday is coming up at the end of the month so I need to get one asap. Perfect timing too if you guys are looking for ideas for Father’s Day!

Here are my top picks:

Owen & Fred Voyager Waxed Weekender. $275

This waxed weekender is waterproof and has some beautiful craftmanship. It even comes with a free tin of wax to keep it fresh.

Tumi Alpha 2 Double Expansion Travel Satchel. $480

I looove these blue details (check out the zippers on the side too). It comes in several different colors but this one is my fave and it’s a top contender!

Everlane The Premium Leather-Base Weekender. $130

This minimalist bag comes in different colors but I really like this soft buttery colored one. Very natural and classic.

Herschel Supply Novel Duffel. $84.99

Ok, this “Pelican Palm” print is calling my name. I wouldn’t get this for him but I neeed this bag! Ahh. This bag is a steal for the price, comes in 24 different colors/prints and features their signature shoe compartment on the bottom!

Lotuff Leather Duffle Travel Bag. $1250

Definitely not the most affordable but c’mon, it’s a classic. A gorgeous shape with vegetable-tanned leather, handmade in the USA.

Keep Pursuing Duffel. $229

For that tech guy, this bag would be perfect for him. With a futuristic, sleek shape, it features a ventilated shoe compartment, quick access pockets and even a compartment for a tablet.

Billy Kirk No. 167 Large Waxed Canvas Carryall. $550

GORGEOUS.

Incase EO Duffel Bag. $149.95

This bag is probably the lightest out of the list which makes for easy travel, especially with its padded sleeve for your laptop and weather resistant panels.

I’m between the Tumi or Billy Kirk bag. They’re both so different but both are great choices. I’ll be making a decision tomorrow! What bag from the list do you like?
